Born in Scotland, Liam has lived in Belfast since 2011. He graduated in 2010 from Edinburgh College of Art with an honours degree in Art and Design. Since then he is a multi award winning, international practicing artist, at the same time Liam also worked extensively in manufacturing. While looking for a way to combine his passions of cycling, art and design he completed air brushing and bicycle specific painting courses. Through Velopaintworks, he is now applying his creative practice to custom bicycle painting. Established in 2022, Velopaintworks combines art and design sensibility with a love for cycling culture. Liam is a Cat 1 racer and active member of Cycling Ireland.
